Initiate Request
Log into your agent portal or use the tracking page to signal a return request. You will receive a unique recovery code.

Secure Item
Ensure all original tags are attached. Pack the T-Shirt in its original industrial protective layering. Secure the recovery label.

Final Deployment
Drop the package at any authorized logistics node. We will process your recovery signal within 5 business days of arrival.
Refund Conditions
- - Item must be unworn and unwashed
- - No odor of smoke or perfume
- - Original packaging must be included
- - Sale items are non-refundable
Critical Notice
Damaged items or those failing the quality inspection will be returned to the sender at their expense. No exceptions to this protocol.
